In 2012, Rod Alba, Brian Coester, John Coester, Jim Milano, and Frank Danna met at Morton’s for lunch and cigars.  They continued this for several years inviting various business owners and political influencers. 

In 2014, Norm Edwards came up with the idea of hosting a formalized event and inviting everyone that previously attended our monthly lunches. From that suggestion, the “Inside the Beltway Social” was born.

The event is centered around gathering and socializing with local DC insiders within the mortgage banking industry and offering a great network of people to connect with; along with throwing one hell of a party.
